Business Software
GymOS is business software for gym owners and approved staff. Visual Ops provides the software platform and does not provide gym, training, fitness, payment processing, or banking services.
Approved Access
Users must have approved account access from the relevant gym or Visual Ops. Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for using GymOS only for authorized gym operations.
Data Responsibility
Gym owners and authorized staff are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permission basis of member, staff, lead, attendance, payment, dues, and operational records entered into GymOS.
Payment Records
Payment and dues records inside GymOS are operational records for gym administration. GymOS is not a bank, wallet, payment gateway, or regulated financial service.
Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse GymOS, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or use the platform to send messages or store data without the required permissions.
Limitation of Liability
GymOS is provided as a software platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visual Ops is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, inaccurate data entered by users, or actions taken by gyms outside the platform.
