Overview
GymOS by Visual Ops is business software for gym owners and approved staff. This policy explains what information may be stored in GymOS, how it is used, and how to contact us for privacy or deletion requests.
Information Stored
GymOS may store member names and phone numbers, membership details, attendance records, payment and dues records, staff records, leads and follow-ups, WhatsApp message logs and templates if used, and uploaded images or screenshots if a gym chooses to upload them.
How Data Is Used
The information is used to help gym owners and staff manage gym operations, including member service, renewals, attendance, collections, reminders, staff workflows, support, reporting, and account administration. GymOS does not provide banking services or gym services directly.
How Data Is Stored
GymOS stores application data with cloud hosting and database providers used to operate the platform. Access is limited to approved accounts and operational support needs. Gym owners are responsible for the data they enter and for ensuring they have the required permissions to manage member and staff information.
Data Deletion Requests
Gym owners, staff, or members may request help with data access, correction, or deletion by contacting Visual Ops. We may need to verify the requesting gym account or authorized contact before acting on a request.
